For more than fifteen years, I’ve helped leaders and institutions turn complexity into clarity—through narrative strategy, high-stakes communication, and the kind of partnership that makes leadership feel lighter, not lonelier. My career began in graphic design, where I learned how to translate ideas visually and build presentations that actually move people. I later cut my teeth in corporate America, writing speeches and crafting executive decks for CEOs, CMOs, and Chief Innovation Officers at organizations like Humana and CitiBank—work that sharpened my ability to distill nuance, shape vision, and tell stories that resonate in rooms where decisions get made.

​Today, I bring that same mix of strategic storytelling, design fluency, and communication precision to presidents, provosts, vice presidents, and C-suite leaders in higher education. I’m also an experienced writer and an AI whiz, helping leaders refine their thinking, articulate their voice, and use emerging tools in ways that elevate both their institution and their own leadership presence.

Outside of work, you can usually find me snuggling my two growing girls, our kitties, or my machinist husband.  We’re often sipping something caffeinated from our home coffee bar and planning our next adventure.
